Jessica O'Connor, LMFT#102163
I focus on working with infants, children, teens, and families. Using a strength-based, solution-focused approach and CBT, I work on issues occurring both in school and at home. I believe that by working through life's everyday ups and downs, it is possible for everyone to feel good about being themselves. One of my hopes is that clients leave my office feeling better than they did when they walked in. One of my passions is supporting people to have a good day. I enjoy helping clients highlight strengths and build upon them in the therapeutic setting. We can work together to do more of what works and less of what doesn't.
Problems at school are all too common. It is hard to focus on academics when other things are weighing on a student's mind. We can work on specific areas of concern you or your child is facing at home or at school and learn tools that can be applied in everyday life.
When was the last time things at home were peaceful? Family therapy can be a good option when things have gone off course. Also, parenting can come with challenges all on its own. I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit as a therapist for your child and/or your family. I am here to be helpful.

Estelle Drahon-Servel, LMFT#146737
I focus on working with infants, children, teens, and families. As a former pediatric nurse, I understand how difficult it can be to find support when your child encounters mental or physical health challenges. If your child struggles with anger, anxiety, or low self-esteem or needs support to adjust to a traumatic event, I can help both of you in this journey. If you experienced a difficult pregnancy or a traumatic childbirth, I will help you overcome this trauma in a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I believe you have the inner strengths to crush trauma and build a healthy connection with your child.
I think children and parents can thrive even when life brings challenges. I am passionate about working with infants and helping parents build a secure attachment. Using a positive, strength-based, solution-focused approach and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help children and parents discover their own healthy coping strategies. I provide therapy in English and in French.
Raising a confident child is not an easy job. I can help you to become the parent you want to be and find your path to happy and fulfilling parenthood. I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit as a therapist for your child and/or your family. I am here to be helpful.

Kathleen Grey, AMFT#120784
Hi there, my name is Kathleen, and I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am new to Mind Align Family Therapy and eager to work with children and teens, as well as support parents and guardians. I have experience working with children and adults with a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, and have worked in school, clinic, and intensive outpatient settings. Life involves countless milestones and learning curves, for both children and parents alike, and each person is unique in how they respond to them. This can be exciting but also potentially disempowering if we don’t have adequate tools and support. My goal is to help your child feel better equipped to navigate their inner world, as well as the world around them, in a way that leverages their strengths and reinforces their self-worth and efficacy. My approach is warm, genuine, and playful. We can learn practical skills rooted in modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), make meaningful changes, and have fun. Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging and my hope is that parents feel validated and supported in this process as well. Please feel free to schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit for your child and/or your family. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under licensed supervision by Jessica O’Connor, LMFT#102163.
