Pearl Child and Family Therapy Inc. is out-of-network with many insurance companies. We can provide a superbill for requesting insurance reimbursement. A superbill is a receipt designed to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement for out-of-pocket payments based on your insurance plan coverage.
Sliding Scale
A sliding scale is a reduced fee based on financial need for clients without or unable to use insurance. Ask your intake therapist about sliding scale options.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act (HR 133), Pearl Child and Family Therapy Inc. wants you to know you have the right to ask for and receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining how much therapy is likely to cost. The estimate would include details of expected services, service and diagnostic codes, and fees. Since the length of therapy may vary, the estimate would reflect the session fees, as well as the estimated amount for a year of therapy.
