Inda understands that every family member has a unique perspective. She observes how the family functions and she recognizes which tools to utilize to meet therapy goals. While a family may need to examine the past, Inda employs mindfulness techniques to keep everyone focused on the present and keeps them moving forward.
Raised in Brazil and the Bay Area, Inda is bilingual and bicultural. She is a long-time San Jose resident, a spouse and parent herself of two college students. Inda enjoys traveling, reading, growing orchids, and participating in 5k and 10k races.
