Courtney Powers, LMFT#113531
Welcome to my practice! If you're looking for a compassionate, skilled therapist who can help guide you or your family through life's challenges, you've come to the right place. I’m Courtney Powers, and as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and their families. With a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. I’ll work with you to identify patterns, find solutions, and build resilience.
My Approach in my practice:
I believe every person has the potential for growth and healing. My approach is warm, intuitive, and rooted in evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. I take the time to truly understand each individual’s unique experience and tailor my approach to meet their specific needs.
With children and adolescents, I create a safe and non-judgmental space where they can express themselves freely, while also collaborating with parents to ensure that everyone in the family is supported and empowered. Whether you're seeking help for your child’s struggles, working through difficult transitions as a teenager, or seeking to improve family dynamics, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll build a roadmap toward lasting change that will bring clarity, peace, and a sense of balance.

As a highly-trained and intuitive therapist, I bring not only my clinical expertise but also my genuine care and empathy to the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Outside the office: I’m a step-mother of four children. I like music and to garden, ski, ride bikes and spend time with my big Maine Coon cat.
